Jason and Frank are back with another edition of The DFO Rundown and as the first month of the NHL season comes to a close, the guys went around the league and talked about some teams that are really starting to heat up and one team in particular that appears to be heading towards a historically awful season.Both the New York Rangers and Anaheim Ducks ripped through their recent road trips. The Rangers are making life easy for both Igor Shesterkin and Jonathan Quick with how well they’re defending. Are they now firmly back in the Stanley Cup Contender category?As for the Ducks, with new Head Coach Greg Cronin at the helm, they seem to be playing some pretty inspired hockey. Can they make a push for a playoff spot? Or is this nothing more than just an early-season heater?
