There are a lot of narcissists and toxic people that refuse to leave you alone when the relationship is over. There are a few reasons behind this dynamic and they can vary greatly from person to person. Some narcissists have lost their minds and become completely obsessed, while others think they can still get some type of supply or validation from you.

I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
