On today's episode, we have the honor of talking to the owner of FIKA Reflexology Bar, Jamie Sagebin. It's an honor because she is one of our very best friends and an absolute GEM of a human. Jamie not only had the job of taking all of her ideas and turning them into a physical reality, but educating the general public in Utah on what reflexology is, the uses and benefits of it, as FIKA is the first of its kind in Utah. She had to create her own path. That's something to be CELEBRATED! She educates us about reflexology, the body, the meridians, and why reflexology works in physical healing and emotional release. Jamie explains why their motto at FIKA is Relax, Reconnection and Rebalance. What is in the future for FIKA?
