Growing up in the ballet world and knowing my own weight and body image issues, I realized that I didn't want to perpetuate the cycle of restrictive diets and grueling workouts—the "dieter's mentality" approach that often leads to short-term success but long-term frustration. 
Instead, I began diving into personal development, exploring the psychology and mindset shifts necessary for sustainable change.
What I discovered was revolutionary. 
By incorporating mindset work into my own life, I experienced profound transformations. 
And when I introduced these principles to my clients, they too saw remarkable progress. It became evident that addressing mindset was the secret sauce to getting lasting change.
