Adriana McLamb: The Fight to End the NCAA’s Discrimination

We also consider why it’s impossible to provide equal opportunities for both men and women without single-sex teams; how women have been discriminated against, especially in medals, titles, and scholarships; and what you can do to join the fight in keeping women’s sports female. Adriana McLamb is the marketing director at Independent Women’s Forum, where she oversees all of IWF’s social media and digital campaign strategies and execution. Prior to joining IWF, McLamb spent almost five years working for the Stand Together Community, where she led and contributed to digital marketing strategies for their grassroots brands both at the national and state level.
