Lip visits Karen at the hospital continuing dismay to Mandy who later on in a second visit finds out from Sheila about the text message sent by 'him' to her phone and Karen then recovers from her coma. Ian finds out from Mandy that the identity of the female who Mickey marrying is the same female that he was forced to have sexual intercourse with.
