Bass. Dr. Bass holds certifications as a Certified Sexuality Educator with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, as well as a Certified Health Education Specialist. 
In our conversation, we explored the common types of STIs and their symptoms, the importance of education in the prevention of STIs, and how getting to know your body can help you better recognize STI symptoms.
