Sarkis at Istanbul’s Arter Gallery

85-year-old conceptual artist Sarkis is best known for his installations that reflect his primary themes such as memory, trace, and place. And although he's been living in Paris since the 1960's, earlier this week, he came back to his beloved city of Istanbul and launched his latest exhibition just 300 metres away from where he was born.
