The most tragic horror video game cancellation of all time is arguably Silent Hills. 2014 saw the release of P.T. —the horrifying playable trailer for Silent Hills— and the internet lost its mind. P.T. went on to receive tons of fanfare and made every end-of-year list imaginable. But Silent Hills never happened. 
Now the Development Hell podcast investigates what happened to the infamous game from Konami Hideo Kojima, and Guillermo del Toro. We unpack the speculated drama within Konami, and identity the key players in the narrative.
