The 2nd major of the year saw Novak Djokovic lift the trophy for just the second time in his career, bringing his total Major count to 19 and putting him just 1 shy of tying Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

A fresh new name will be etched into the clay in Paris as Barbora Krejcikova became one of the most unlikeliest of champions in the tournaments history and showed the world what perseverance and composure can accomplish.
