S2 Ep6: Summer Series 6 - The Complex Voice in Your Head (Resistance, Fear, and Shame)

So many of you are speaking to me about the same thing - you just don't know it. It might look like it appears as resistance to doing the work, fear of not doing the work, or shame about the places you are falling short, but the genesis is the same: That pesky voice in our heads that is informed by old ideas and past trauma. The voice tells us, "You can't. You don't follow through. There's not enough time. You're failing. You should be worried, stressed... panicked!" We must learn to interpret its rantings.

The voice in your head is not the absolute truth. The reason its message is tricky is because we are used to trusting it - it is OUR OWN. It contains truth of course, but we need to pause and examine what's really going on to find our way to the solution.
