Today's Mental Monday explores the question, "When (if ever) does it make sense to visualize the worst case scenario?"

This is a HUGE topic, and one that I can't fully cover in this short episode. There is no simple answer (and that's what makes it fun to talk about!)

Let me be very clear, I don't think it's healthy to seek out obstacles, or dwell on the negative stuff. You don't want to be careless when it comes to mindset work.

That's why in today's episode, I'm telling you why I believe visualizing the "worst case scenario" can be very healthy, put your mind at ease, and actually help you move TOWARD your goals.

Most importantly, I'll teach you HOW to visualize the worst case scenario in a way that won't have a negative impact.
