"My wife came home from her recent Weight Watchers Workshop and yelled at me. She was upset because she weighed in and didn't meet her goal. She blamed me and said I'm at fault because I didn't stop her from ordering dessert twice last week and eating bread and mashed potatoes at dinner. Rather than fight, I apologized and told her I would do better. She's now giving me the cold shoulder. Am I to blame? Is it her fault or mine?
