Modern Witches Interview w/ Kris Adam - Mystic and Spiritualist✨

What does it mean to be a modern witch?   
Kris Adams, a Black Spiritualist/Mystic, is a native of North Carolina and currently resides in the DMV area. With their background in education coupled with personal and communal dream practices, Kris actively  dreams of a collective reality where all bodies feel safe to not only explore their own dreaming, but also allow dream dimensions to guide them in traversing new paths toward connection, healing and growth. Supported by crystals, tarot, rope, ritual/spell work, energy healing, individual and collective dream practices, and ancestry work, Kris is furthering the legacy of their cultural dream lineage to tend sacred spaces for collective dreaming and healing.    
Kris is currently a student of Jade T. Perry (https://www.jadetperry.com/) and also collaboratively apprentices with Tara Burke (https://www.thewitchesmuse.com/) and Sanyu Estelle (https://www.sanyuestelle.com/) utilizing dreamwork as a container for healing (both personal and communal) and exploration through the Dreamscapes Academy.   “Creativity and imagination have always been constant companions of mine,” Kris reflects. “I’ve always imagined a world where we can show up exactly as who we are and experience the fullness of life in a safe and expansive container. Dreamwork has offered a wonderfully unique avenue to create and explore that world within a community space.” With their ropes intertwined and their tarot cards divined, Kris looks forward to connecting with dreamers across all realms to cultivate realities that affirm us all.
