Are you looking for ways to create content consistently, but you’ve been battling with limited time or energy? I’m right there with you. At 26 weeks pregnancy (as I recorded this), I’ve been dealing with the ebb and flows of energy. I want to continue to keep creating content for the blog, podcast, and my social media channels, but sometimes I just don’t have the energy. One thing I've done during my pregnancy:I removed the pressure to need to post every single day – I don’t have the energy for it, and I’ve accepted that. For many years, I demanded that I post every single day on Instagram, every other day on TikTok, and/or publish a new blog post each week. I’m not there anymore and that’s okay.
