Authorities in Arizona arrested Raad Almansoori, 26, after he allegedly committed a string of violent crimes, including a stabbing inside a McDonald’s and the murder of a woman inside a New York City hotel room. A surveillance photo of the suspect wearing the murder victim’s distinctive leggings helped aid in his capture.
