Named one of Fast Company's Most Creative People, Melanie Bender is the founding President of Versed, leading the clean skincare brand in strategy, vision and growth since inception. Melanie is also the leader of CodeRed4Climate, a collective action of more than 200 beauty and wellness brands, using the space we occupy to mobilize critical climate solutions.  She earned a B.S. in sustainability, accreditation for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and has applied her impressive knowledge to purpose-driven brands for two decades.
