It has been a very busy week in the world of golf. We have a full recap of the Irish Amateur Championship with Garry from Irish Amateur Info.
Brendan Lawlor won the inaugural G4D Open, held at Woburn's Duchess Course. Brendan won by 2 strokes to hold off World Number 1, Kipp Poppert.
Another friend of the pod, Ronan Mullarney claimed his maiden victory on the Alps Tour in Austria. Ronan has now moved to 2nd in the Alps Tour order of merit, so Ronan knows what he needs to do as top 5 at the end of the season earn Challenge Tour cards.
Jonny is back from the Jabra Ladies Open on the LET where he recorded some podcasts with Olivia Mehaffey, Annabel Dimmock and LET rookie Ana Dawson. Those podcasts will be going live on our youtube and podcast platforms over the next few weeks.
We will be joined by Garry regularly throughout the year as we recap the amateur events during the season.
