Gerald Ford was America's only president who wasn't actually elected. Coming in as VP for Nixon after the fall of Spiro Agnew, he was left to pick up the pieces after Nixon resigned in 1974. As president, Ford would have to handle the fallout from Nixon, economic woes and foreign policy challenges, all while dealing with SNL jokes about his accident prone nature.
