Hannah MacInnes joins Dan Saladino, on The Klosters Forum Feed & Flourish Podcast series, to discuss the topic of biodiversity and ways in which we can transform our food systems in order to positively preserve our planet. Dan Saladino is a producer and presenter of BBC Radio 4’s The Food Programme. His first book, an epic journey into the history, culture and future of food, being published by Jonathan Cape, has been awarded The Jane Grigson Trust prize for a debut food book. It will be published in Spring 2021.
