On May 9, 2023, our installation was redesignated Fort Cavazos in honor of Gen. Richard Edward Cavazos, a Texas-born hero of the Korean and Vietnam wars.This week we wanted to take the time and allow those who didnt get a chance to to witness this historic event a chance to listen to the audio from the event.
