Today  Pretty Mike has Hazelanna McMahan from Summit to Swamp back on   the show.  She's announcing that the 2023 event in Randall WA is back  and adding new fun to the already crazy fun event.  If you love the hill  you can run it more than once, or if you loved the river you can run  the river trail more than once, if you want to hang out in the swamp and  run it over and over you can!  If you want to ruck it, Ruck it(Special  shirt for rucking?)
