The day had taken a sudden twist. With a newly
prioritized project landing on her table, MIchelle navigated the
pressures of balancing multiple responsibilitie, Lee mentioned fast-tracking the Raycoal project, it
came out of the blue. We had just determined our key areas of
focus, and now it seems we need to juggle projects. I am all for
agility, but it feels like I am constantly having to think on my
feet.
Lee responded, "Michelle, I know it is frustrating. And trust
me, I am just the messenger. At the end of the day, we do not call
the shots, but we do need to adapt and make the best out of the
situations we are presented with.
