Katie Willis grew up big game hunting in Montana, then found herself in the wetlands and uplands with the addition of her first bird dog 13 years ago, a German Wirehaired Pointer, affectionately referred to as Bird Dog. BD was there by her side through undergrad and PA school, and during those long nights studying, Katie continued to remind Bird Dog of her promise to take him rooster hunting in North Dakota.
