We got Scott Lachapelle on the show today. Scott isn’t someone who promotes himself heavily but amongst people who make ramen, Scott is up there in terms of respect from his peers and his passion for making ramen. This episode is 2 hours long and aside from our talk about the NHL playoffs, its jam-packed with tips on how to make better ramen at home. I’m definitely going to apply a lot of the things I learned during this conversation into my own ramen.
