I’m like, I don’t know what’s going to happen here. And I had this realization that I can’t control how everyone else in my life is going to show up. I’ve been trying to do it for a decade, and it’s not working out, so I’m going to do something different. I decided to be the best version of me. I started going to the gym on a regular basis.  I got my nutrition dialed in and took responsibility for it. No one was going to show up at the door, and say, “Here’s a hotter body that you ordered.” No, it takes work. I had only been bitching. I started working and got into the best shape of my life.” Kirstin Smith     Connect With Kirstin:  Facebook Instagram  Book:  “Confessions of an Unhappy Housewife”   How to Get Involved: Addicted to Winning connects listeners through stories that prove why mindset matters.
