She is a certified lash extension educator through the National Association of Lash Artistry. Their course curriculum has been accredited by the National Association of Lash Artistry since 2019. Kaitlyn likes to consider herself a "freedom and success coach" as she teaches other lash artists how to build their business from the ground up. Her courses include classic, hybrid, soft volume and mega volume styles as well as lash lifts. Also included in her courses are self development, personal branding, money management, clientele building and social media marketing. Kaitlyn's goal is to inspire and help build as many successful lash artists as possible. To her being a leader, means building many more leaders. She hopes to help build a beautiful community for lash artists.
