Major Nicholas "Grizz" Adams is a Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) in the F-15 Strike Eagle. Grizz has had the unique job as an Instructor WSO in the back seat of an F-16 and just recently finished up a major assignment as Director of Operations at Luke AFB, AZ. On this episode he broke down the Combat Systems Officer career field pathways, his training, and offered stories and advice gained from his experience on active duty.
