Do You Need a Virtual Assistant or Your Systems Setup?

When you think about your business do you immediately feel like you’re drowning and need help? Or do you simply feel scattered and feel like having a team member is the key to sorting things out? Either way, are you sure you need a virtual assistant or do you need systems setup?    Despite the rhetoric in the online business world, the answer to every problem is not to hire someone. In fact, if the back end of your business is messy then having a VA come into your business could prove disastrous.    Instead you may simply need a few simple tweaks to streamline your business systems and create more space for yourself. But how do you know which it is?    Listen in as I share some quick questions that you should ask yourself and what your answers may mean. I fully believe in building a business that supports you.
