Lauren is a creative powerhouse who sings, acts, and produces, and she’s here to help all of us achieve our creative goals. 

One of the first steps to unlocking your creativity is to create a “life thesis statement”. My life thesis statement is to help people everywhere Love Who They Are. That is what drives me creatively. Once you figure out what drives you and embrace it, then I know you’re going to do incredible things. There is so much inspiration in this episode. You don’t want to miss it.
