Nearly three quarters of companies in the United States have adopted or plan to adopt a hybrid model of work. We’re a few years into this hybrid work experiment, but we are still figuring out exactly how leaders can unite, motivate, and develop their teams.

She is the Executive Vice President of Human Capital at The Conference Board, a nonprofit think tank founded over 100 years ago that delivers business insights on the most challenging issues of our time. 

Rebecca’s distinguished career includes being an executive at three Fortune 50 companies and writing for Forbes Magazine. She earned her PhD from New York University, and was named “Chief Learning Officer of the Year” by Chief Learning Officer magazine.
