Conversation with Joe Umlauf

Wausau West graduate and Itasca Head Coach Joe Umlauf joins the show to talk about his high school wrestling days and his path to becoming the head coach at the Minnesota JUCO. We discuss Joe's expectations both individual and teamwise coming into high school during a dominant Wausau West era, overcoming adversity over his high school career, and the team journey that West took on their way to a Team State title in Joe's senior year in 2013! We then transition to Joe's coaching career, the growth that him and his team experienced over the last five years, and how Joe helped start a Women's team at his program.
