With a string of violent extortions likely connected to organized crime overseas, the RCMP has formulated a national team. two women were killed and another in critical condition following a stabbing attack at in a suburb just west of Montreal, and a Nova Scotia man turned what was once a pandemic hobby into a mission to clean up trash from the ocean.
