The Philadelphia Eagles released safety Kevin Byard on Friday freeing up $13 million in salary cap space. Now with over $40 million to work with, is general manager Howie Roseman about to sign a top-tier free agent? Is it likely going to be at safety and/or linebacker? Who would they target?
