It's not often you meet a 16 year old who's never slept in a bed. Arzo has lived a very difficult life. 8 months ago, she needed a place to stay, so Jayna invited her into her home. As a temporary option, she offered her pull out couch, then learned that that's how Arzo had been sleeping her whole life. On a couch, in the living room. Now, Jayna's trying to surprise her with her first bedroom ever. In true Jayna fashion, the surprise had to be larger than life. So after weeks of searching, she set her sights on the Penthouse in the highrise next door. Before making mood boards and planning housewarming parties, she had to prove she could pay the bills. Considering she's a self employed makeup artist with no job references and now "single mom" added to her title, it wasn't looking good. With 16 other people vying for the penthouse, the odds are most definitely stacked against her.  If you love to cheer for the underdog, You're not going to want to miss this one!
