Bahrain Race Review + Saudi Arabia Preview

Release Date:

After what’s felt like an eternity, Formula 1 finally returned with the Bahrain Grand Prix - and it did not disappoint.
There were new cars, new tyres, a new driver, but it was F1’s oldest team back on top, Ferrari. Charles Leclerc bossed the weekend, converting his pole into victory, followed home by teammate Carlos Sainz.
It was a painful weekend for Red Bull, who looked on course to finish second and fourth, until both cars retired with mechanical failures, leaving Max Verstappen very disgruntled as he begins his defence of the world title.
But one team’s loss is another team’s gain, and Mercedes were on hand to take full advantage. Lewis Hamilton completed the podium in a car that looks well off the pace of the Ferrari.
The Track Talk trio are on hand to break down all the action in Bahrain, with the usual bold and controversial opinions - plus some heated debates.
We also look ahead to round two of the season in Jeddah and make some interesting predictions ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
