Release Date:

Khenpo Sherab Sangpo, offers a reading transmission and line by line commentary on Mipham Rinpoche’s text called “Advice for Beginners.” Mipham Rinpoche (1846-1912), along with Longchenpa (1308-1364) and Jigme Lingpa (1730-1798), is considered one of the three all-knowing (kunkhyen) meditation masters in the Nyingma Lineage. Mipham Rinpoche’s advice is short, but profound as it points out the Dzogchen view, meditation, and conduct very clearly and succinctly. In this series of retreat videos, teachings by Khenpo Sherab Sangpo alternate with guided meditation sessions on practicing 1) objectless shamatha meditation, 2) bodhicitta with resting meditation, 3) meditation on nature of mind, and 4) guru yoga meditation to develop devotion and to receive blessings.
