The Will Run For Virtually Live Race 2023 is open for registration! We discuss how the first week of sign ups went along with bouncing around some new ideas for what Tom will do when we reach 100 registrants. Maybe we'll leave that up to our listeners this year! We discuss what we're running for and cheer on our goal getters, give a few updates about our training and then Tom & Diana recap the Annapolis Running Festival and the Kelly Shamrock 5k! Then we're back with our newest edition of Diana's Random Trivia with Diana featuring Diana and the Diana Players.
