614: Going From Zero to Travel with Jason Moore

As the co-founder of the community platform Location Indie and the host of Zero to Travel Podcast, Jason helps us understand how passion for traveling differs from other passions, the main goal of Zero to Travel and Location Indie, what shapes leadership, his view on how communities are formed, and so much more.Traveling – A long time loveSome forms of passion are like sparklers. Sparklers are hot and bright when ignited or sparked. But shortly after, they, too, quickly fade away. They give out this attractive display only to die off faster. Some passions are like that. Some people start them and last months or a year until a new passion is found. Conversely, traveling is not like that. Although, pursuing passion is not always as easy as cake. Jason shares that there'll be times when you'll think, "I can't do this anymore." But despite that, things somehow always find a way to win him back. About Jason Moore:After college, Jason was clueless about pretty much everything, including how to realize a dream to travel the world. Having little money and over $20,000 in student debt didn't help. Not one to give up easily (except when he attempted to run long distances). Trav and Jason started their community because they knew that getting around other like-minded people on the same path just plain works.
