59 Days of Healing, a special series based on the Seven Points for Healing Dualistic Mind, a first millennium Tibetan Buddhist lojong text by Kadampa Geshe Chekawa Yeshe Dorje, where we explore one maxim each day to build a strong foundation of understanding to integrate the practice into our lives. A great way to start the year--both Western, at the beginning of the series, and Tibetan, at the end!
