When you’re setting goals on your health and fitness journey, it can be really difficult to achieve those goals long-term. What you need to do is get very consistent, and work with/learn from someone who has been where you are, and they’re now where you want to go. You won’t be able to achieve all of your goals and change your entire life overnight-it’s just not going to happen. Learning to do and then master one thing at a time really is the key.
