215: Values-Based, Deprivation-Free Budgeting + A Conversation on Comparison with Alli Williams

Today I'm excited to share my conversation with Alli Williams of FinancALLI Focused. Alli has one of my favorite perspectives I've heard on budgeting, paying off debt, and working towards our financial goals, and that is one that is free of a depravation mindset. Today we talk all about why budgets often fail, what we should be doing BEFORE we budget, and we also spend a lot of the episode discussing knowing our values when it comes to our finances so we don't find ourselves caught in comparison and spending our money on things that don't truly matter to us.
