Affirmations bring out the best in us and can help drive a successful mindset. As someone who is big on the Law of Attraction, I wanted to help you guys ease into sleep with my sleepy voice and provide positive affirmations as you dig into dreamland. It started out as about 150 turned into 200+ affirmations and random chatter amongst myself. I limited the amount of self commentary for your sanity, though it's debatable if ya'll prefer it.
