Welcome to episode one of the Healing Her podcast! I am so excited to be here and I am so honored that you are in this space with me. I have been on the internet now for well over a decade and while there are some of you who have been with me since my blog days, there are also some of you who are just joining me for the first time. A lot has happened between then and now so I’d like to take some time today to catch you up.

The Healing Her podcast will dish out practical tools, a touch of humor, and a whole lot of heart to help you uncover your way back to yourself and your peace. We will dive deep into the world of healing in a way that’s as relatable as chatting with your best friend. I’m Ashley LeMieux, a grief expert whose personal journey and masters degree in health and wellness has provided me a whole new view on the world. Let’s break down the walls that are keeping us from finding the peace and transformation that we all deserve.
