Pay attention in the path that the air combined with energy will take first cold through your nostrils transforming in life energy suppling every single cell in your body and returning to the universe as you exhale ever more powerful filled with your energyOk, lets start, breath deeply and exhaleNow I would like you to picture yourself entering a path in the woods, surrounded by nature, very tall and ancient trees that have been there for decades, even centuries, trees that have seen other like you walking though that pathThe beginning of this path starts this journey that reflects your lifeAs you walk memories from the past come to mind, memories that trigger emotionsHappy memories, painful moments, certainties and confusionI would like you to put your right hand in your chest, right over your heart and let go of the memories and stay with the strongest of the emotions.
