#41: Aaron Martin - Evaluating the Psychology of Your People as you Reopen

Aaron Martin is the Senior Pastor at Community Bible Church in North Carolina. He has served in a variety of roles in the church with 13 of those years as an Executive Pastor. His plans of be a school teacher changed when he felt called into full-time ministry. He has been married to his wife Emily for 18 years and they have four children. When he has free time, he enjoys soccer, mountain biking, competitive games, and playing guitar.
In this episode we talk about their plans for phasing out of quarantine and into the new normal. He shares how they have restructured their leadership teams and moved to online. Before COVID, Community Bible Church was not live-streaming. Aaron shares how they have made that change and what they are doing to prepare for the future.
