If you had a week off from work how would you spend your time?
Your answer might be a little different from what Oline Sørensen (@scandi_oline) decided.
With seven days off from work, Oline set out alone to walk from London to Paris.
Before reaching her goal of standing on top the Eiffel Tower, she had to face 380 kilometers (236 miles), sketchy country roads, eerie forests, swollen / blistered feet, and much more.
Why would anyone do something like this?
Oline believes you can do anything you set your mind to. After walking 50 kilometers around London one day, she thought bigger and decided to put this mindset to the test.
She also walked to raise awareness and money for mental health, with all donations going to the mental health charity, Mind.
Our conversation goes way beyond Oline’s walk. She opens up about her past mental health battles and shares deep personal insights from her own experiences.
