My guest this week is former Ospreys centre and Social Media superstar - Ben John   This interview was recorded in September of 2023 and we talked about Ben's recent journey to the World Cup in a campervan, starting out at Loughor RFC, playing in the Junior Rugby World Cup in Argentina, reflections on being a Pro with the Ospreys (including a brief stint in the back row with Jerry Collins) and how that crosses over into the real world.
