The legendary Bruce Bouton is today's guest on the podcast. Bruce is one of the instrumental stars on the Nashville studio scene. After five years of playing with Ricky Skaggs (you’ve heard his steel solos on hits like Heartbroke, Country Boy, You May See Me Walkin’ and Highway 40 Blues), he toured with Mel Tillis and Foster & Lloyd. He then went on to tour and work with Garth Brooks after working on the single 'Much Too Young To Feel This Damn Old' off of Garth's self-titled debut album in 1989. In the interview, we discuss his work with Garth, his time with Brooks and Dunn, and his 11 years with Reba.
