S4 E2 - My Best Friend’s Wedding

The episode with the most implausible last-minute event planning crises! Elena and Tracy ask Felicity to officiate their wedding. Sean is deciding on what favors to order. Javier is working on nailing down the rehearsal venue.
 
Felicity and Noel just slept together, but Felicity wants to be with Ben, so she is going to spend an entire episode hiding her indiscretion. Ben makes overtures to apologize to Felicity for his intensity at the start of the semester, but Felicity breaks up with him out of guilt. Is Noel "in the drawer?"
 
Sean and Meghan's fight about Meghan revealing she wanted to hook up with Tracy evolves into a bet. Meghan is tasked with kissing Tracy on the lips, which Tracy rebuffs. Elena fights with Meghan - who raises questions about Elena's motivation for getting married - and Elena disinvites her from the wedding.
 
Tracy and Elena's continued tug of war around having or not having sex highlights concerns underpinning the relationship. Meghan makes up with Elena at the wedding, but Elena's reservations about Tracy lead to the two of them calling the wedding off. On the spur of the moment, Meghan and Sean decide to get married instead.
